Oulu University Library is a scientific library, the task of which is to provide library and information services for the researchers, teachers and students of the University of Oulu.

The Department of Architecture has its own library, which in addition to the regular library services, books and periodicals, offers work space for students. The new Media Lounge designed by architecture students themselves, was opened in March 2013.

The Subject Guide on architecture offers information of databases, electronic journals and research guides. RT-Net is also accessable via Subject Guide.
