Arctic Health coordinates the 2-year international Master’s programme in Health and Wellbeing in the Circumpolar Area (MCH) together with Institute of Health Sciences.
The program is based on current needs and priorities in higher education on the circumpolar region, and it focuses on the health and wellbeing of the residents of the circumpolar region, health culture and the delivery of health care and wellbeing services in the north areas, from the multidisciplinary view. The program has also been endorsed as a University of the Arctic Master's Program.
The MCH is established and managed in collaboration by the partner universities. The MCH has been developed under the auspices of the University of the Arctic's Thematic Networks and the Barents Cross Border University.
Multidisciplinary AURORA DP - Doctoral Programme in Environment, Well-being and Technology in the North offers doctoral training in the research areas of human health and wellbeing. AURORA DP is one of the UniOGS doctoral programmes and it is coordinated by the Thule Institute.
University of the Arctic's international PhD program Arctic Health and Well-being is lead by the Arctic Health activity.
