Post-graduate education aiming at a doctoral degree is provided within the framework of the University of Oulu Graduate School. Microelectronics and materials physics laboratories also participates in the Graduate School in Electronics, Telecommunications and Automation jointly offered by five Finnish universities, National Doctoral Programme in Nanoscience,and in the Infotech Oulu Graduate School.
