Application periods

There are two main application periods for exchanges.

• Erasmus application periods may differ according to departments/faculties. Please consult your coordinator for more detailed information.

• Non-European application periods take place in mid September-early October and mid January-early February.

Regardless of the exchange destination and programme, all prospective outgoing exchange students apply through SoleMOVE database.
 

CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS

a) Destinations coordinated by Faculties/Departments:

Erasmus

Call for applications for Erasmus exchanges for the academic year 2013-2014 is open from August 12 to December 20, 2013. Contact your coordinator at the University of Oulu for more information. University of Oulu's International Coordinators.

The amount of Erasmus grant depends on the length of exchange. Erasmus grants 2013-14.

b) Destinations coordinated by the International Services

Destinations coordinated by the International Services are open from September 18 till October 9, 2013. These destinations in Australia, Canada, USA and Nordic countries (Nordlys) will be available for a semester long exchange in 2014-2015.

Please note that some faculties and departments coordinate their own bilateral agreements outside Europe. For more information please contact your departmental coordinator.
