University of Oulu wishes to establish a scholarship program to offer a selected number of talented prospective non-EEA students the opportunity to receive a scholarship to pursue a complete English-taught Master's degree program at the UO.  The scholarship program is intended for talented students with outstanding study results and who are highly motivated to pursue a Master's degree program and are looking for employment at the Oulu area. The scholarships are both a way to attract the best students from abroad and to build up closer partnerships between the academic programs and the employers (donating partners).
