Email service of Paju server will end on 31 October, 2013. Until then copy your emails from Paju in case you will need them later. Check your Paju emails using Webmail, and remove those messages and boxes you do not need to transfer.

Transfer old messages:

• If you have activated O365 service, transfer old messages to O365 Outlook using Thunderbird on your own computer. Read guide: Paju email transfer to Outlook or to home computer using Thunderbird.
• If you did not activate O365 service, copy messages to your home computer and read them using Thunderbird. Read guide: Paju email transfer to Outlook or to home computer using Thunderbird.
• If there are only some messages to save, send them to your new email address.

Please notice that your Paju inbox is receiving messages up to the end of October if you have not activated O365 service or set a forwarding address in Paju. O365 users do not need to set forwarding because it is already set by system and email is forwarded to O365 service. Others can set a forwarding using web service to send mails to their new email address. The forwarding will work up to the end of October when Paju email services will end. Remember to set your new email address in University's information services you are using like WebOodi, library's services, posting lists, etc.
