IT Administration Services is responsible for the administration and operation of the University's data network, computer system maintenance, software and the promotion of information security. Some of departments within the University have their own computing officers who offers expert technical advice and user support.

About 20,000 individuals use the services offered by IT Administration. Most of which constitute students, researchers, and staff within the University community.

IT Services helpdesk is located near the door marked X1 at Linnanmaa campus.
