Classroom reservations will be made via phone or email. Reservations for regular University classes will not be charged.

Special software and OS installation
Effective 1.1.2007, the minimum price for software installation is 100 euros (includes one hour of work). Classroom workstations have a predetermined set of default applications installed.. Additional programs can be installed according to the reservation contract. Classroom KO101 allow for different OS installations. University installation price is 27.50 eur/h. Third party 61,50 eur/h (VAT 23%)
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made no later than one week prior to the reservation date. Delayed or cancelled reservations will be charged for half the reservation price.

Keys
Pick up and return the key from Help-Desk during scheduled operating hours. PC support can help with keys in case of emergency.
Classroom door responsibilities
By default, the door must be closed at all times. Its the lecturer's responsibility to lock the door after use. The computer, projector, and all lights must be switched off when class is over. Students may not be left in the classroom unattended.
User IDs
An email containing user IDs will be sent to each contact person. This is private information, keep it with you and out of sight. You will not be able to use the teaching workstations without an assigned user ID. Be sure to log-out when scheduled time is over.
Software
Classroom workstations have been installed with a certain number of programs. Additional programs can be installed according to the reservation contract. Classroom KO101 allow for different OS installations. Installations carry a service fee, check prices (page link).
File Sharing
Workstations are connected to the University network and to IT services Windows server. Files can be shared through the S: drive. All workstation have read/write permissions. User permissions are limited; contact administration for additional options.
Security
Classroom workstations are security tagged. Monitors are connected to an alarm and CPUs are secured to the desk. F-Secure Antivirus and Backweb load at startup.
