Departments can use some Microsoft base software through the MS-Campus agreement.

Ask this software from your own computing officer, who offers expert technical advice and user support at your department.

32 bit Windows® upgrade

• Computers purchased after 1.1.2000 must have an OEM or licensed copy of MS Windows in order to upgrade to XP or Windows 7.

MS Core CAL Suite offers a convenient way to license basic server components across desktop computers. In addition, it reduces the overall complexity of managing CALs for server software for IT professionals.

MS Campus agreement gives permission to use the becoming new or older versions of these products too.

Our University has some other Campus Software too (for example Corel base graphics and photo processing software and Origin Pro professional graphing and data analysis software: free for all departments and also for staff and student home usage).
