TUPAS service enables forgotten paju -or koivu -user passwords to be changed by identifying yourself with online banking account information. The service requires you to have a Finnish social security number and online banking with either Aktia/Sp/PoP, Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, Sampo Pankki or Tapiola. The service uses an encrypted SSL connection with only your name and encrypted social security number (ie. hash, checksum) being sent.
