On 14th of June, the most recent research on connected health will be presented at the University of Oulu. The event is held as part of the summer school on connected health organized by research unit INTERACT in cooperation with the network CHESS (Connected Health Early Stage Researcher Support System).
The subject of the event, connected health, aims at providing the right healthcare information at the right time and place through technology.
The organizers expect participants from academia, industry as well as clinicians and healthcare providers to discuss networking and cooperation possibilities related to the research on connected health.
The fifteen PhD candidates will present their ongoing research on Connected Health related to four different areas: Care, Change, Data, and Sustainability. Each area is explored through different perspectives i.e. technical, business, design, management, medical etc.
The presentation “Meet the ESRs” takes place on 14th of June 2017 at University of Oulu Linnanmaa campus, Tellus Stage at 10-13.30.
CHESS is a Marie-Curie Horizon 2020 INT funded network with € 3.9 M funding. It is the first European Network for Connected Health including PhD students, universities, industry, and healthcare professionals all over Europe.
