MRC Oulu is a multidiciplinary umbrella organization within the Biosciences and Health research focus area of University of Oulu and Oulu University Hospital. Currently MRC Oulu consists of 65 research groups. The total staff of MRC Oulu is ca. 540, including 144 senior scientists, 152 other post-doctoral scientists, 218 PhD-students/MD-PhD-students, and ca.30 laboratory technicians and other personnel.
