Membership

A one-year membership of NSCH is open to any person in agreement with the society’s purpose. The membership includes:

• Involvement with networking activities related to circumpolar research, policy, and practice
• Information of relevant events in the Nordic countries and other Arctic areas
• A reduced subscription fee (30 Euros/year) of the International Journal of Circumpolar Health

As a member organization of the International Union for Circumpolar Health (IUCH), the NSCH is actively involved with the planning and organizing of the International Congress for Circumpolar Health held every 3 years.

Other IUCH member organizations include: the American Society for Circumpolar Health (ASCH); Danish / Greenlandic Society for Circumpolar Health; Canadian Society for Circumpolar Health (CSCH); and the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.

Membership fee
The membership fee is 10 Euros for students and 20 Euros for other members for a two-year period.
