Teaching Development Unit (TDU)
Teaching Development Unit is a support unit that operates in Educational Affairs and Student Services in the University of Oulu. The purpose of TDU is to ensure support for teaching and learning of good quality in all of our degree programmes. We train, consult and support teachers as well as students.
TDU coordinates teaching development projects in the University of Oulu and acquires recourses for development with the means of project funding. TDU participates in planning of strategies and development programmes. We participate actively in the development of teaching assessment and feedback systems as well as meriting system of teaching together with teachers and students.
