Description of project: 
In the context of sustainable winter city, the project will create and test a concept of integrative urban development which will be reproducible in the northern environment. The concept will observe the different aspects of energy production, develop the integrative urban development process to become more open, faster and fluent, support and help with the business ecosystems needed in the integrative urban planning development, and produce high quality living environment.
