Habitat hydraulics

Habitat hydraulics aims at restoring flow properties of streams and river beds for a better biodiversity and habitats for e.g. salmonid fishes. The current studies include I) flow modelling of rivers for search of suitable spawning sites, II) test of flow control structures used to control flow in restoration projects, III) studies of water flow interaction with stream beds.
