University of Oulu (OY), Oulu Polytechnic
(OAMK) and VTT Electronics conclude the agreement
(27.11.2000) of cooperation in the starting of research and
development work of software solutions and applications,
developing and the production of services in the names of Pehr
Brahe Software Laboratory (PBOL) in Raahe. An
extension agreement on the unique laboratory cooperation has been
made to the end of the year 2006.
