In the multi-disciplinary University of Oulu the Faculty of Technology is focusing on advanced and international education and research in its own specialized disciplines. With its 3 800 students, the Faculty of Technology is one of the largest faculties at the University of Oulu. 

The Faculty collaborates closely with regional partners in business and industry. The success in high technology in Oulu Region is based on the high quality of education and research provided by the Faculty.

The Faculty is divided in seven departments. The Faculty offers seven degree programmes in Finnish: architecture, mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, computer science and engineering, industrial engineering and management and environmental engineering. All degree programmes provide several orientations of specialization.

Three International  Master´s Degree Programmes are offered in English: Architectural Design, Barents Environmental Engineering and Wireless Communication Engineering. More information about the Master´s Degree Programmes and the admission requirements.
