KÄYTTÖKATKO SAPIN TALOUS- JA HENKILÖSTÖHALLINNON JÄRJESTELMISSÄ SEKÄ RONDO R8-JÄRJESTELMÄSSÄ 17.19.5.2013

Certian palvelut ovat käytettävissä rajoitetusti 17. – 19.5.2013 välisenä 
aikana SAPin talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon järjestelmien sekä ostolaskujen 
kierrätysjärjestelmä Rondon ja Rondo Scanin käyttökatkojen vuoksi.

Portaalin raportointiympäristö BW ja Service Desk ovat normaalisti käytettävissä. Järjestelmien katkon vuoksi Certia vastaa Service Deskin palvelupyyntöihin maanantaina 20.5.

Käyttökatkojen syy

Käyttökatkon SAPissa aiheuttaa palveluympäristöjen palvelinalustan vaihdos ja 
tietokannan päivittäminen. Palvelinten leasing-aika päättyy ja ne korvataan uusilla 
palvelimilla, joilla voidaan paremmin vastata asiakkaiden tarpeisiin. 
SAPin käyttämä Oracle-tietokanta päivitetään samalla uudempaan versioon

Käyttökatkon Rondoon aiheuttaa versiopäivitys, joka koskee Rondon kiertoa, 
arkistoa sekä Rondo Scan -palvelua.

Käyttökatko SAP taloushallinto 17.5. klo 9.00 – 19.5. klo 22.00

Taloushallinnon SAP-järjestelmä (P10) ja siihen liittyvät liittymät sulkeutuvat 
kokonaan katkon ajaksi.

Maksatukset suoritetaan perjantaiaamuna 17.5. klo 7.00 - 9.00 välisenä aikana 
ja seuraavan kerran maanantaina 20.5. Toivomme, että asiakkaat huomioivat 
maksatussuunnitelmissaan poikkeavan maksuajon.

Myyntilaskutus pysähtyy perjantain 17.5. ajaksi. Toivomme, että asiakkaat 
huomioivat tämän ennakoimalla laskutusta mm. rahoittajalaskutuksen osalta. 
Certia on tiedustellut alustavasti Suomen Akatemialta mahdollisuutta lähettää 
rahoittajalaskuja 20.5. jälkeen ja on saanut alustavan hyväksynnän asiasta. 
Asiakkaita pyydetään huomioimaan tämä mahdollisuus laskutuksessaan.



Käyttökatko SAP HR 16.5. klo 20.00 – 19.5. klo 22.00

SAP HR -järjestelmä (P60) ja siihen liittyvät liittymät sulkeutuvat kokonaan 
katkon ajaksi.

Matkanhallinta, kehityskeskustelut ja YPJ eivät ole käytettävissä taustan 
katkosta johtuen.

Henkilöstöhallintoon ja palkanmaksuun liittyvät aineistot toimitetaan Certiaan 
mahdollisimman hyvissä ajoin, kuitenkin viimeistään keskiviikkona 15.5. klo 17.00 mennessä. 
Ei koske Itä-Suomen ja Lappeenrannan teknillisen yliopiston aineistojen toimitusta.

Palkka-ajot suoritetaan normaalisti Personec-ympäristössä 23.5. ja Prima-ympäristössä 27.5.


Käyttökatko Rondo ja Rondo Scan 17.5. klo 8.00 – 19.5. klo 22.00

Rondon ja Rondo Scanin käyttökatko sulkee kaikki ostolaskuille tehtävät toimenpiteet katkon ajaksi. 
Ostolaskujen käsittelyä ei suoriteta katkon aikana 17.5. klo 8.00 – 19.5. klo 22.00.

Katko ei aiheuta muutoksia loppukäyttäjien laitteille, mutta Rondo Scan -ohjelmasta tulee uusi versio. 
Rondo Scanin uusimman version asennuspaketin asennusohjeineen saa Certian Service Deskin kautta 
palvelinympäristön päivityksen jälkeen (käytä loppukäyttäjän palveluna Käyttöoikeudet – Rondo). 
Palvelupyynnön Service Deskiin voi tehdä jo ennen päivitystä, asennuspaketit jaellaan palvelupyyntöjen 
kautta kun Rondo Scan -ympäristö on testattu Certian toimesta.


Raportointiympäristö BW

Raportointiympäristö BW on käytettävissä portaalin (portti.certia.fi) kautta, 
mutta lataukset päivittyvät viimeisen kerran 16. -17.5. välisenä yönä ja ovat 
ajantasaiset tiistaina 21.5.  
 

Järjestelmät ovat normaalisti käytettävissä 20.5.


Järjestelmät ovat normaalisti käytettävissä katkon jälkeen maanantaina 20.5. 
Palvelutuotannon osalta pyrimme saamaan tilanteen mahdollisimman nopeasti 
ajantasaiseksi käyttökatkon jälkeisellä viikolla.


USER BREAK IN THE SAP ECONOMY AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THE RONDO R8 SYSTEM 17.–19.5.2013



Certia´s services are in limited use from the 17th until the 19th of May 2013 due to the user breaks 
in SAP economy and personnel managements programs and the purchase invoices circulation system Rondo 
and Rondo Scan.



The portal´s reporting environment BW and Service Desk are in use normally. 
Due to the breaks in the programs Certia answers on service requests in Service Desk 
on Monday the 20th of May.



The reasons of the breaks



The reasons of the user breaks in SAP are change of the server platform for 
the service environment and update of the database. 
The servers´ leasing time will end and the servers will be replaced with new ones,
with which we can better meet the needs of the customers. 
The Oracle-database used by SAP will be updated to a newer version at the same time.



The user break is due to a version update in Rondo, which affects the circulation in Rondo, 
the archive and the Rondo Scan service.





User break SAP economy management 17.5. at 9.00. until 19.5. at 22.00.



The economy managements SAP program (P10) and the interfaces to it are closed during the break.



The payments will be done on Friday morning 17th of May during 7.00 - 9.00 o´clock and next time on Monday the 20th of May. 
We hope that the customers will notice this in their invoicing plans.



Sales invoicing is not in use during the whole Friday 17th of May. 
We hope that the customers will notice this by anticipating the invoicing for example 
on the financier invoicing part. Certia has preliminary asked of Suomen Akatemia the 
possibility to send the financier invoices after the 20th of May and we have received 
a preliminary approval regarding the matter. 
The customers are asked to notice this possibility in their invoicing.





User break SAP HR 16.5. at 20.00. until 19.5. at 22.00.



The SAP HR program (P60) and the interfaces to it are closed during the break.



Travel management, development discussions and YPJ are not in use because of 
the background´s break.



The material that has to do with the personnel management and the salary pay 
will be sent to Certia well in advance, at the latest on Wednesday the 15th of May at 17.00. hours. 
Exceptions are the material deliveries of The University of Itä-Suomi and The Lappeenranta technical university.



The payroll run will be done normally in Personec on the 23rd of May and in Prima on the 27th of May.





Service break in Rondo and Rondo Scan 17.5. at 8.00. until 19.5. at 22.00.



The Rondo and Rondo Scan´s user break will close all the actions that are done to the purchase invoices. 
Purchase invoices will not be handled during the break 17.5. at 8.00. until 19.5. at 22.00.



The break will not cause changes in the end users devices, but there will be a new version of the Rondo Scan program. 
The Rondo Scan´s newest version´s installation package with its installation instructions you can get via Certia´s Service Desk 
after the service environment has been updated (use User rights – Rondo as end users service). 
The service request to the Service Desk can be done already before the update, the installation packages are distributed via 
service requests when the Rondo Scan environment has been tested by Certia.





The reporting environment BW



The reporting environment BW is in use via the portal (portti.certia.fi), 
but the downloads are updated the last time during the night between 
the 16th and 17th of May and are up to date on Tuesday the 21st of May.  





The programs are in use normally 20th of May



The programs are in use normally after the break on Monday the 20th of May. 
For the service production we are trying to get the situation up to date 
as fast as possible the week after the user break.



More university specific directives concerning the user break will be 
given to the universities nearer the break time.
