Notion häiriö korjattu

Notiossa 6.5. esiintynyt ongelma on saatu ratkaistua ja järjestelmää voi taas
päivittää ja sinne voi ladata tiedostoja normaalisti.

Häiriö johtui levytilan hetkellisestä täyttymisestä Notion tietokantapalvelimilla.
Suurien, gigatavuluokan tietomäärien käsittelyä Notiossa tulee välttää, mutta jos
käyttäjillä on pakottava tarve jakaa tai tallentaa järjestelmään suuria datamääriä,
sen voi tehdä filesender.oulu.fi-osoitteen kautta (https://filesender.oulu.fi/filesender).

Isojen datamäärien lisäämisestä Notioon on hyvä olla etukäteen yhteydessä
intranet-tukeen intranet@oulu.fi

Notio problem is fixed

On Wednesday there was a technical problem in Notio, when it could not be updated
or no files uploaded there. The problem was fixed and Notio is working normally again.

The problem happened when the database servers temporarily ran out of disk space.
Extremely large data of several gigabytes should rarely be uploaded to Notio,
but instead, when absolutely needed, to FileSender: https://filesender.oulu.fi/filesender

For more detailed instructions, please contact Service Desk at intranet@oulu.fi before sending large data to Notio.
