On public holidays, banks and post offices and other officials are closed. On some holidays, such as Christmas Eve and Midsummer’s Eve, stores may be open but they close around noon. Fewer buses also run, and on some holidays (Midsummer and Christmas Day), buses do not run at all. Check the bus schedule for changes.
