We welcome incoming exchange applications through our on-line application database SoleMOVE. Home university must first nominate student by sending an e-mail with the following information to us at International office.
- student’s name
- date of birth
- e-mail address
- planned exchange dates
- type of exchange: study or internship/placement
Nominations should be sent at least two weeks before the application deadlines.
If you send the nomination directly to the department/faculty we kindly ask you to copy the message to international office as well. Once the nomination has been received we will send the student information and link to our on-line application.
- April 30 for autumn term and full year exchanges
- October 15 for spring term exchanges
N.B. All application documents are submitted electronically by the student, home institution does not need to send any of those through mail.
