Biography

I am a University Lecturer in English Philology and Adjunct Professor (Docent) in Applied Language Studies (University of Eastern Finland). I teach research courses from Bachelor's  to doctoral level. I also lead different kinds of project studies that combine languages, learning and technology. I am a principal investigator in the COACT research community in the field of Participation, learning, technology and in the multidisciplinary research group EveLINE, which examines technology-rich everyday life, children's participation and the future school.
