Two articles published by Myllyharju group

A joint article with Myllyharju and Manninen groups from Biocenter Oulu and Prof. Karl Matlin´s group, University of Chicago, USA, was recently published in J Cell Science. They show that hypoxic conditions promote TGFβ signaling in HIF1-dependent manner and BAMBI is identified in this pathway as a novel HIF1 regulated gene that contributes to hypoxia-induced loss of epithelial polarity.
