Teaching

The staff of the Plant Museum is partly responsible for teaching the biology degree program. Responsible study courses include identification of plants, field courses, special courses in taxonomy and systematics and arctic-alpine ecology and vegetation. Plant collections and identification of plant species exams are accepted at the Botanical Museum (curator). The staff of the Botanical Museum supervises bachelor and master's theses. Master's theses can be done in connection with research projects. The museum can also provide project work.

Study collections

Identification of plant species - Study collection is located on the premises of the Ecology and Genetics Research Unit.

Advanced identification of plant species and study collection repository - Are located in museum collections at KM 129.

The actual scientific collection of the Botanical Museum is not available to students.
