Student classes

The following classes can be found from Tietotalo 1:

 

Windows OS classes: TS134 and TS135

 

TS134

• TS134 is intended mainly for daily use
• 22 PCs, one printer, no teaching aids (like video projectors) available.
• Reservations from attendant.

Dell Optiplex 755 E6600, 4GB RAM, 19" Dell 1907FP monitors.

TS135

• TS135 has 20 PCs (40 seats) with a printer, two video projectors and a distance education equipment.
• Reservations from attendant.

Dell Optiplex 9010 i5-3570, 8.0GB RAM, one or two 19" Dell 1907FP monitors.

 

SunRay classes: TS136, TS137 and TS138

SunRay terminals can be used to connect to deparment's computing servers.

TS136:

• TS136 is reserved for teaching purposes only
• 16 Sunray 1G thin clients, with 19" TFTs (USB hub)
• printer and videoprojector
• Reservations from attendant.

 

TS137:

• TS137 is reserved for teaching purposes only
• 25 Sunray 1G thin clients with 19" TFTs (USB hub)
• printer and videoprojector
• Reservations from attendant.
   

TS138:

• TS138 is primarily reserved for daily use.
• You can reserve it for teaching only if the other two classes (TS136 and TS137) are already in use.
• 22 Sunray 1G thin clients with 19" TFTs (USB hub)
• printer
• Reservations from attendant.

 

Class TS139

 

• TS139 is reserved for courses DSP Laboratory Work and Embedded Systems Project.
