As you have already received messages, University of Oulu has guidelines, that in all university activities, the physical distance between people is recommended. Because of this Academic Affairs Service Point serves for now online and via phone.

How to contact Academic Affairs Service Team:

- You can contact the service team via email study.humanities(at)oulu.fi in all the matters, which relate to the studying or student affairs

a) General study affairs (Secretaries, e.g. study rights, annual registrations, credit registrations, and graduation and preparation of degree diplomas, general study guidance)
