Laptop Vendors

The university's laptop vendors are located on Linnanmaa and Kontinkangas campuses:

• L1PC (orange): Linnanmaa, Tekniikanaula lobby, 48 laptops, docking stations in the lockers.
• L2PC (yellow): Linnanmaa, Väylä, opposite of L5, 24 laptops, cord connection in the lockers.
• L3PC (red): Linnanmaa, Väylä, near Pegasus Library, 24 laptops, cord connection in the lockers.
• K1PC (yellow): Linnanmaa, PSOAS lobby, 12 laptops, docking stations in the lockers.
• K2PC (orange): Kontinkangas, Aapistie 7A basement, 48 laptops, cord connection in the lockers, access for teachers possible.

NOTE: If for technical reason you fail to return the laptop to its locker, take it to the Campus ICT Service Point or one of the campus reception service points. Do not leave the laptop on the counter, but hand it over to the staff. If the service points are closed for that day, take good care of the laptop and return it the next morning.

The devices contain Windows 11 operating system and the most necessary software.

Laptop users log in the STUDENT domain.Laptops use the secured wireless eduroam network and are within the secure print service.

In addition to the laptops, several workstations on the campuses are in your use. The software lists of them:

IT device vendor is a self-service machine from which a university staff member can borrow a laptop or other IT devices for up to six (6) hours.
