The the purpose of the Revance project is to develop a more efficient RDI competence network, which will serve as an innovation platform, especially for the RDI development of companies outside large cities. Improving the efficiency of the RDI competence network will induce more accurate expert support for companies. The network contributes to the implementation of the one-stop-shop principle for each party involved, as well as to the communication channel implemented in the project, which significantly improves the service of companies and other development needs by speeding up communication and finding the right person or group.
The purpose of the Tolerance project is to increase the ability of companies to change, ie the ability to respond to change by strengthening the well-being of staff. The operating model of the project is to utilize the already developed, existing resilience studies, development models and tools in order to obtain quick and effective benefits in companies.
The total budgets aret: Revance 330 694 € and Tolerance 655 756 €.
