Niina Impiö works as a university teacher on the international Learning, Education and Technology master’s degree programme (LET) in the university of Oulu. Her duties include teaching and coordination of the LET programme. She is finalising her doctoral thesis about teachers’ professional development in co-operation and collaboration skills. The study is based on the longitudinal data collected from both the masters’ programme and teachers in working life.
