In November 16th 2018 M.Sc.(Food Eng.) Nora Pap defended succesfully her dissertation titled "Value-added processing of blackcurrants - Use of membrane technologies for clarification and concentration of blackcurrant juice and extraction of anthocyanins from blackcurrant marc". Her Opponent was Professor José Ramón Àlvarez Saiz (University of Oviedo, Spain) and Custodian Professor Riitta Keiski.
