I’m doing postdoctoral research on the evolutionary ecology of Lepidoptera in urban environments. Throughout my scientific career I have used butterflies and macro-moths as models to study effects of and adaptation to environmental change – habitat fragmentation, agricultural intensification, rewilding, urbanisation – and this both at the community and intraspecific level.
