Study Place Confirmation and Registration
Students confirm their study place in My Studyinfo service.
Students who have a notification of acceptance as a student in University of Oulu in My Studyinfo service in 28th of June 2019 or earlier, need to confirm their study place by July 8, 2019 at 15.00 / 3.00 pm (GMT +3). If you don’t confirm your study place by the due date, you will lose the study place.
Confirm your study place after you have received an email notification with instructions on how to do the confirmation digitally. After confirming your study place, you will be redirected to online service where you can register as present student to the University and pay the Student Union Membership fee. You can only register as present to the whole academic year. If you are unable to register digitally, you can do this also at Faculty Study Affairs.
All new students have to register to University either as a present or absent by August 12, 2019, at 15.00 / 3:00 pm. Deadline for new International Master's students to register either as present or absent is September 30, 2019.
You can also register to the University at Faculty Study Affairs. If you have to register as an absent student you need to do this registration at Faculty Study Affairs.
If your acceptance is conditional, you will not be redirected to the payment and registration page. In this case, after your conditional acceptance becomes confirmed, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to proceed.
For students conditionally accepted to a Master’s degree programme the deadline to submit a certified copies of your degree certificate and transcript is
July 29, 2019 by 15.00 (GMT+3).
Those students who have been accepted after 28th of June need to confirm their study place in 10 days from the date of acceptance notification. If a student doesn’t confirm the study place as instructed, they will lose their study place.
Confirm your exchange period in SoleMOVE application database. You will receive instructions on how to make the Student Union fee payment digitally and complete the university registration process approx. 1 month prior to the start of your exchange.
Registering as absent
