O365 - Username

Office 365 Education service is in your use automatically if university's user account was created on 1st August 2019 or later. Otherwise, you need to activate the service in your use -> User actions.

The username of O365 service is written in form:

Students: account@student.oulu.fi

Staff: account@univ.yo.oulu.fi

The first part of username is your University's account.
Password is the same as your account's password.
Use this username only when logging into O365 services.
