New Ph.D Students in LET

The LET research unit welcomes two new PhD students: Ahsen Cini and Tatiana Shubina. The new researchers will be involved in the CLEVER research project, developing their dissertations based on the collected data. We would like to briefly introduce them and their academic background.

"Hello. I graduated from Bogazici University BSc in Science Education. My MSc is in Psychology at the University of York. The PhD programme I enrolled in is Learning & Educational Technology at the University of Oulu. The area I am trying an expert in is the effects of Group Awareness Tools (GATs) on supported socially shared regulation learning in computer-supported collaborative environment. My motto is Passion into Action so I am looking forward to bringing all my passion to the team I have worked with. Thank you/Tesekkurler (in Turkish)"

"Hi, everyone! I have completed my B.S. degree in Psychology from People’s Friendship University of Russia and my M.S. degree in Education from Technische Universität München. My major competencies lay in the motivational area, specifically, I have worked with the interest development topic. Additionally, I am interested in the STEM field. I believe that science and technology learning is especially important due to the rapid development of these areas. Now I am confident to proceed with my studies at the university of Oulu."
