Education

The research unit trains Bachelors of Technology, Masters of Science and Technology PhDs, as well as in the fields of Structural Engineering and Construction Technology and Engineering Mechanics. The graduates have a very strong expertise in mechanical engineering and calculation and dimensioning of structures, international design expertise and the ability and competence to apply and utilize the latest technologies and operating methods in domestic and international machine and building projects.

Teaching will also be given to students from all other research units at the Faculty of Engineering and to the Faculty of Architecture.

Approximately 15 to 20 construction and engineering technicians and 5 to 10 engineering engineers specializing in mechanical engineering work each year.
