Value Co-Creation

On the basis of the existing knowledge, the following research gaps related to value co-creation can be identified:

  • the customer’s role as well as the roles of other network actors in value co-creation and service co-production processes,
     
  • the different exchange processes (e.g. knowledge, capabilities and resources) between the actors, and
     
  • the importance of modularity in creating more value to all actors involved.
