The aims are
- to clarify conceptual, organizational and spatial issues within servcie networks,
- to analyse value co-creation between the actors of collaborative networks,
- to outline how to enhance value creation of all the actors involved, and
- to emphasize customer’s involvement in value co-creation and how this involvement could be encouraged.
Based on the research in WP 1 we expect to create new conceptual models and knowledge for defining and analyzing present value creation capabilities, specifying models for managing complexity, co-creating and capturing value (business model) in the networks. Results of WP 1 also include the customers’ co-creation activities.
