Once again this summer brought to the north several interesting butterflies. Peacock seems to be a permanent denizen here,
but admiral and some other wayfarers find ways to the north carrying by genial southern winds... Can be, that as well admiral
is able to breed here in the summertime but is not able to overwinter here. More: butterflies in the north!

 

 

 

 

 


The first snows arrived in this autumn to North Finland at the first half of september (in several districts about 13.9.).
Birches had nearly green leaves in that time!
