Ahnaf, Wireless Communications and Engineering:
“I found Self-Hack to be useful, so I was glad to hear that it was being organized for all the new students. As a facilitator, it felt good to be a part of a process that helps our students.
This was my first time being a facilitator and it was a valuable to learn how to be in that role. The facilitator’s job isn’t to give the right answers, but to help students discover themselves by providing a space for free-thinking. You don’t need to be a teacher!
My tip for new facilitators is to communicate openly and be friendly. It’s a good idea to remind your group that Self-Hack is just for them and their personal development.”
