Introduction

 

The overall purpose of SHARP research group is to advance the theoretical understanding and managerial knowledge in the area of business services. We study business services with understanding of service networks and variety of roles of different actors in value creation with customer. The abbreviation SHARP comes from SENSING AND SHAPING SERVICE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.

We are one of the three research groups under Martti Ahtisaari Institute and a part of COMPANION research community at Oulu Business School.
