The far-north location of the school provides an excellent laboratory for teaching e.g. lighting design, which is one of the specific subjects offered in the Architectural Design Master’s degree programme.
The aim of the Architectural Design Master’s Degree Programme is to provide knowledge and skills in architectural design, design of urban spaces, architectural lighting, detailing of interiors and exteriors, and basics of research and theory of architecture.
