A new Tellus will be opened in Kontinkangas this fall. Tellus is a space, in which it’s easy to organize events, study, meet people and work together. We will celebrate the opening of Tellus Kontinkangas on the 17th of September at Aapistie 7a. The ceremony will be carried out in two parts:
From 10 to 14 there will be an NGO market and a day event for students. There will be organisations and local actors both from our university and beyond. We will also organise orienteering, in which you get to know the new spaces and get a chance to win unique patches. Popcorn and other fun stuff will be available as well.
The evening event will be held from 4 to 6 PM. We will get to peek a premiere of a dance performance Tytär by Hanna Brotherus and Jojo – Oulu dance centre. In addition to this, there will be speeches by the rector of our university, the director of PPSHP and by the student of the year.
