In file 'data.txt' there are two data columns - the first column contains values of energy and
the second column values of a 'index' related to that energy(state). Write a program that 
calculates expectation value for the energy and for the 'index' using the Boltzmann distribution
in temperature of 300 K(see 'Statistista mekaniikkaa' from lecture material)
