Increased interactivity through modern ICT has opened up opportunities for influencing user behaviours. For instance, fostering healthier lifestyles  through mobile applications has become one of the prominent areas for healthcare improvement. Other examples include greener energy behaviour or improved security behaviours. The research unit focuses on behavior change support systems and their persuasive systems design without using coercion or deception.
