Hanna-Maija Huhtala



Hanna-Maija Huhtala, postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oulu received her PhD from the University of Eastern Finland May 2018. In her postdoctoral research, Huhtala argues for a non-ideal theory of education. Huhtala is a member of the editorial board of Kasvatus ja Aika (Finnish journal of education) and the chair of the Finnish Society for History and Philosophy of Education (FSHPE, SIG-group of the Finnish Educational Research Association). She has also gained experience on organizing both national and international conferences. Since the beginning of her academic career, she has published regularly in the main journals of her research field.
