Biography

Jan Nissinen received Dr.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Oulu, Finland, in 2011. He was nominated as adjunct professor (Docent) of integrated analog and detector circuits design in 2018.

He has been a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Circuits and Systems Research Unit, University of Oulu, since 2011. His research interests include the design of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for pulsed time-of-flight laser rangefinders, a pulsed Raman spectroscopy and time-resolved diffuse optics.
