I work as a university teacher in the research unit of Health Science and Technology. My doctoral research focuses on mentoring of undergraduate health care students during their interprofessional clinical practice. The aim of my research is to develop, implement and evaluate the effects of an educational intervention on mentors´ interprofessional mentoring competence.
