Holding a Bachelor Degree in automotive engineering,  I have worked in both technology industries and vocational education as a teacher. To reinforce my pedagogical competence, I completed the degrees of MA (2009) and PhD (2016) in Education at the University of Oulu. My dissertation investigates interaction in the context of video production in educational settings. I have strong expertise in diverse research methods. 

At the moment, I work as a post doc researcher in the transdisciplinary CogAHealth project, funded by the Academy of Finland.
