I am a University Lecturer Emerita in English Philology at the University of Oulu, Research Unit for Languages and Literature, and Adjunct Professor (Docent) in Applied Language Studies (University of Eastern Finland). I am a member of the COACT research community, esp.  in the field of Participation, learning, technology, and in the multidisciplinary research group EveLINE, which examines technology-rich everyday life, children's participation and the future school.
